Ecoplex WSP 24.5% is a next-generation antimicrobial from the pleuromutilin class, built around valnemulin. It works by binding the peptidyl transferase center of the bacterial 50S ribosomal subunit, halting protein synthesis in the pathogens responsible for common respiratory and enteric disease in poultry flocks. Supplied as a water-soluble powder for administration via drinking water, it is used for treatment and control of mixed bacterial infections, including mycoplasma-associated disease.
