MoniGold Forte is a dual-mode coccidiostat combining the ionophore monensin (9.6%) with the chemical anticoccidial nicarbazin (7.5%) in a fixed ratio. Monensin disrupts transmembrane cation transport and energy-dependent transhydrogenase activity inside the coccidial parasite, while nicarbazin adds targeted activity against specific stages of the Eimeria life cycle. Together they cover the full range of species that parasitise chickens (E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. mivati, E. maxima) and turkeys (E. adenoides, E. meleagrimitis, E. gallopavonis, E. meleagridis), and are used to prevent and treat coccidiosis in broiler chicks, replacement pullets, and turkeys up to 16 weeks of age.

Dosage: 500-650 g per tonne of feed for poultry up to 16 weeks of age; exact dose is set according to oocyst-per-gram (OPG) monitoring and intestinal lesion scoring.
